Making guest support effortless
AskYourStay is an AI concierge platform that gives every vacation rental property its own intelligent assistant. Guests scan a QR code, ask questions, and get instant answers. Hosts save hours every week.
Why AskYourStay exists
It started with a simple frustration. As a property host, I found myself answering the same guest questions over and over again. “What is the wifi password?” “Where do I put the bins?” “Any restaurant recommendations?”
I tried house manuals, welcome booklets, laminated sheets on the fridge. Guests rarely read them. They would message me at 11pm instead. I realised what guests actually want is a conversation, not a document.
So I built AskYourStay. Upload your property details once, and your guests get an AI concierge that knows everything about your place. It speaks any language, works 24/7, and never gets tired of answering the same question for the hundredth time.
The result? Happier guests, fewer messages, better reviews, and hosts who can actually enjoy their evenings without their phone buzzing.
What we believe
Guest-first thinking
Every feature starts with one question: does this make the guest experience better? If the answer is no, we do not build it.
Simplicity over complexity
Hosts are busy. Our platform should save time, not create another thing to manage. Set up in minutes, not hours.
AI that actually helps
We do not use AI for the sake of it. Every AI interaction is designed to give guests accurate, helpful answers about your specific property.
Built for real hosts
We talk to hosts every week. Every update comes from real feedback and real pain points, not guesswork.
Solo founder, real host
AskYourStay is built by David Skillett, a property host and software developer based in the UK. This is not a faceless corporation. It is one person who understands the daily reality of hosting because he lives it.
Every feature is built from first-hand experience managing rental properties. When you reach out with feedback, you are talking directly to the person who builds the product.
